Life

...Life is about this. But not that anymore, because now it's this. You can go back and re-read that. It's all true. And it's your choice. Or you can just continue to sink steadily into your comfort zone and ignore it.
At school we learn it's a bad thing to be wrong, and that ignorance is shameful and the complex is embarrassing. When it seems the more we learn the exponentially less we feel we really know about the universe, and life, what kind of backwards rubric is that to be pushing on our children?! We should be doing everything for our children. Period.
Talking about short buses can make me wish that I was special, and it can quickly separate the biggots from the pearls at the table. Watch. Try it sometime, if it's not too high school of a topic.
We will die, and change will come; and while some (an enlightened few) may say "That is the point." That is the why, I say. And "why?" is, well, almost the point (if life has such a thing). GOOD... AUGHT... like Christian-taught MORALS vs. Ethics blahblablah...... but WHY removes labels from days.
WHY brings light in through my window when we turn to face the sun again, a whole half-a-planet! And WHY relents pretending numbers on a clock face tell us anything about what's coming next.
Life is the whys we learn to quell: to keep our jobs, do well in school. Life is the whys we lie about knowing the answers to, to others, to ourselves, to rows and rows of books on shelves in Barnes & Noble's largest, fastest growing, section... Self-Help.
Life is you.
So heed not the amassing rich, white, cultural declensions that offend your stalwart sensibilities. Life is munificence. But ha! This one-man meeting of Pulchritudinous Anonymous has left me flipping ranting indefinably......
I would like to know what comes to mind when you read this: And your top 5 favorite movies, GO!
